you are using my outlines/Premades/Sigtags/WebSet/Tubes on.

They are copyrighted to me. Whenerver it users my outlines by tubes, tubes,web set,etc, must give me the credit with a link to my site (http://www.marcelasdesign.com).

DO NOT alter my Line Arts, Outlines, Tubes, As-Is line Art, As- Is Tubes, Collections, Premades,Adoptions, Web Set, Web Page, Sphash Page or Signature Tags in ANY way.

You must have the No Right Click and IE6 Disable Image Toolbar,Disable text select and No Drag Code scripts installed on all your pages.

If your shoppe is for members-only i need to access it. If I do not have acces, you must do you are to have my banners
and the license acquired next to his memberships with Link to my site in a visible place for all, non single for your members.

All sales are final, and no refunds can be made.

I hold the right to change these terms anytime without prior notice

OUTLINES & LIMITED OUTLINES

All outlines are my original creation 100% by me, and without license you may not make tubes from the outlines.

1- Do not sell my linearts nor offer them for free on your website, in emails, groups or on CD

2 - You alwaysr must give to the credit my Line Art with active link to my site http://www.marcelasdesign.com

Your members and your buyers to they must give me to the credit to myLine Art if they use its tubes made with them.
It explains to him that they must give credit :

a- creator of the tubes (you)
& b- creator of line art (me) NO exceptions!

3 - you must give a certificate & license to my website.

4 - It you would like to make tubes from the outlines, you MUST have my license and active link with my site
http://www.marcelasdesign.com. NO exceptions!

You mus also display the tube license on any and all pages, that you have used the tubed linear.

5 - You MAY NOT to be resold my outlines, it must be coloured first, NO IS AS-IS .

If it has a license As-Is, your members to have: must give me to the credit to myLine Art if they use its tubes
made with them.

TUBES PACKAGES

2 - . Do not modify my tubes.

3 - Just adding text is not enough! You must add something to the graphics. Be creative :) You may create; sigtag, letters, ecards, adoptions,webset, incredimail etc. for free and for sale.

4 - Do not create tutorial with my tubes.

5 - Whenever it uses my tubes must give me the credit with a link to my site (http://www.marcelasdesign.com)

6 - The tubes realised with my outlines, CANNOTt be sold as-is

4 - The quality of AS-IS is single for you and its site.

AS-IS LINE ART - OUTLINES

1 - Nor they can modify IN ANYTHING my outlines.

2 - The lines as-is is AS-SI for YOUR SITE. Your members coannot use them as as-is

3 - Whenever they realise tubes with outlines MUST GIVE CREDIT SITE WITH ACTIVE LINK THEY USE whenever them, the copyright continues being mine. NO exceptions!

Please IT EXPLAINS IT very well to his members.

5 - No HTML help will be provided.

7 - If it wishes to adpat layout to his web, must warn to me before the purchase.

BONNUS

1 - Bonnus that occurs in theme week and in certain promotions is of individual use or to draw for it enters its buyers or members.

2 - A single time can only be used.
When they want to cajear something send bonnus and the order and will be sent the order to him of payment by the rest.

3 - If it has transferred bonnus like prize, send email with the data and the email of the winner.
If somebody is contacted with me, I will always consult with you before cajear bonnus.

4 - Bonus is used for any product as shop.

- Signatures Tag & Limited Signature Tags.
- New.
- Premades o Adoptions
- Web Set and Layout.
- Packages web designs.

By exception THEY CANNOT BE EXCHANGED IN:

- promotions
- member area.

In all the other services or products they can be used.

5 - Each bonnus is used for a product.
If bonnus has several, can simultaneously use it BUT IN DIFFERENT PRODUCTS.
